By placing an order with RACR BD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payment
A minimum advance of ৳300 is required to begin processing your order. Payment is verified manually by our admin team. Your order will only proceed after payment confirmation. Providing a false Transaction ID may result in order cancellation.
Design Approval
We prepare a design proof for your approval before printing. You must approve the design or request revisions. Printing begins only after your approval. You are responsible for verifying all details on the proof, including spelling and contact information.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Bangladesh. Delivery charges and estimated times vary by area. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before printing begins. Once printing has started, cancellations and refunds are not available. Advance payments may be refunded at our discretion if the order has not entered production.
Uploaded Content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, images, or content you upload. RACR BD is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-uploaded materials.
